लिम्बु-पुदीना का शरबत

  Ingrediants:

2 limbo juice 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup Fudina Juice 3 cups fresh water 1 spoon mari powder

Mathod:

In a vessel, melt the mixture of limbo juice and sugar. In it mix the Fudina Paan by finely chopping or grinding it. Add some ice cubes. Add some Fudina leaves and place a chopped limbo on the side of the glass. Your Fudina-Limbo syrup is ready.

सामग्री:
२ लिम्बू का रस १/२ कप सक्कर १ कप फूदिना का रस ३ कप ताजा पानी १ चम्मच मरी पावडर

रीत:
एक बर्तन में लिम्बू का रस और सक्कर मिला कर पिघला दे. उस में फुदीना पान को बारीक काट कर या पिस कर मिला दो. थोडा सा बर्फ क्युब्स डाल दे. कुछ फूदिना के पत्ते डाले और एक कटी हुइ लिम्बू की चिर ग्लास के किनारे लगा दे. आपका फूदिना-लिम्बू शरबत तैयार है.

Ingrediants:
100 gms dry rose leaves
200ml rose water
2 kg sugar
 3/2 liter water
10-15 Drops Raspbari Colors
15 grams of citric acid
2 grams of potassium meta by sulfate
Method:
 Soak rose petals in half a liter of water overnight.
Sieve it in the morning, and add a liter of water and grind it, and also sieve the water.
 Put sugar and citric acid in water and keep it to boil slowly.
When the chasani of a wire is ready, when it is cooled, mix rose water, color and potassium metai sulfate in it.
The rose syrup is ready. Keep it tied in a clean glass bottle. When you want to drink, then mix it with water as per your need.

१०० ग्राम गुलाब की सुखी हुइ पत्तियाँ
२०० मी.ली. गुलाब जल
२ किलो सक्कर
 ३/२ लिटर पानी
१०-१५ बुंद रास्प्बरी का रंग
१५ ग्राम साईट्रिक एसिड
२ ग्राम पोटेशियम मेटा बाइ सल्फेट
रीत
 गुलाब की पंखडीयों को रात भर आधे लिटर पानी मे भिंगाये रखिए.
सवेरे उसे छान ले, और एक लिटर पानी मे डाल कर पिस ले, और पानी को भी छान ले.
 पानी मे सक्कर और साईट्रिक एसिड डाल कर अहिस्ता आहिस्ता उबलने के लिए रख दे.
जब एक तार की चासणी तैयार हो जाये तब ठंडा होने पर उसमे गुलाबजल, रंग और पोटेशियम मेटा बाई सल्फेट को अच्छी तरह मिला दे.
गुलाब का शरबत तैयार है. एक स्वच्छ काच की बोतल मे बंध कर के रखिए. जब पीना चाहे तब  पानी के साथ जरूरत के मुताबिक मिला कर  पिए.

As the Sugar is the chemically processed item, it can cause many ailments including obesity. If tea could be made by substituting the Sugar with Jaggery, it will turn into nutritious drink. But common concept is that tea made with Jaggery can't be tasty which is not true.
