Spinach Paneer Soup Recipe |
Veg_Soup: The soups of any vegetable or food also is rather a food in itself. Many families prefer to have soup along with lunch or dinner or as breakfast and it can also have as a starter before the main course of the dinner. Here is the recipe of spinach paneer soup.
Ingredients for Spinach Paneer soup:
- Spinach Paneer Soup Recipe.
- Spinach - 1 bunch.
- Salt as per taste.
- Milk - 1 cup.
- Butter - 1 tsp.
- Black Pepper powder a pinch.
- Grated Paneer for garnishing - 1 tbsp.
Method of Spinach Paneer Soup:
- Boil the Spinach after adding the salt as per taste, in a vessel.
- Now grind it after cool down in a jar.
- Heat butter in the vessel and pour the Spinach puree.
- Heat the milk in another vessel and pour in the puree after cooling it.
- Heat the puree for a while and keep stirring, it will turn into a pleasant green color.
- Take out in a bowl and sprinkle black pepper powder and add grated paneers.
- Spinach paneer soup is ready.
