Ingredients:
- All-Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1/4 cup.
- Condense Milk or Milk Powder - 3 Tbsp.
- Powdered Sugar - 150 grams.
- Butter - 1/2 cup.
- Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp.
- Baking Powder - 2 tsp.
- Milk - One cup.
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp.
- Cocoa Powder - 2 Tbsp.
- Warm Water - One cup.
Method:
- Strain the all-purpose flour at least twice after mixing baking soda and baking powder.
- Churn the butter in a bowl after mixing a sugar powder.
- Add milk and make a cream-like paste by stirring continuously.
- Add essence, milk powder, and strained flour, and prepare a batter by stirring vigorously.
- Keep 1/4th part of the batter apart after mixing a cocoa powder properly.
- Heat the oven at 170 c.
- Add the butter to a cake pan, pour the 1/4th batter in a circular spinning shape, and make the marble-like lines with the fork or spoon.
- Bake in the oven for at least 40-45 minutes at 170 c.
