Ingredients:
- All-Purpose Flour (Maida) - 125 grams.
- Brown Sugar - 150 grams.
- Butter - 150 grams.
- Salt - 1/4 tsp.
- Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp.
- Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Vinegar - One tsp.
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Apple Juice - 1/2 cup.
- Mixed Shredded Dry Fruits (Raisin, Cherry, Black Raisin, Dates, Cashew, Almonds, etc.) - 150 grams.
Method:
- Mix all apple juice, dry fruits (including cherry) in a bowl and keep for 8 to 10 hours for fermentation.
- Mix vinegar and baking soda and put aside for a while.
- Put the butter in a vessel and churn well. Add brown sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and mix well.
- Add the dry fruits with apple juice, vinegar with baking soda, red chili powder, and mix well.
- Preheat the oven and bake the mixture after filling in the cake pan at 160 c for 10-15 minutes.
- Put in the plate and decorate with dry fruits.
