Ingredients:
- All-purpose Wheat Flour (maida) - 1 1/4 cups.
- Cocoa Powder - 1 Tbsp.
- Brown Sugar - 3/4 cup.
- Oil - 1/4 cup.
- Flax Seeds Powder - 3
- Butter Milk - 1/2 cup.
- Milk - 2 tbs.
- Baking Soda - 1tsp.
- Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Red Food Color - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Butter and Sugar for layer - as per need.
Method:
- Mix the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and soda.
- Add warm milk and flax seed powder and keep aside for half an hour after mixing correctly.
- Then stir the mixture well while adding oil, buttermilk, and Sugar. If you like can add vanilla essence.
- Make two pat of it and mix red color in one part.
- After coating inside of cake pan, make the layer of both paste alternatively.
- Bake at 160 c for at least 20-30 minutes.
- After replacing in a tray, decorate with the butter-sugar paste and sprinkle the cocoa powder. You can put the chocolate cubes on it.
- Your cocoa cake is ready.
