Home Made Healthy Chinese Vegetable Soup. |
Veg_Soup: This home-made Chinese soup contains several vegetables, cornflour, spices, and soya sauce. hence the Chinese home-made soups is tasty as well as nutritious and can be consumed before the main course of lunch or dinner and also can be taken as breakfast.
Ingredients:
- Oil - 1 tablespoon.
- Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) - 1 piece chopped.
- Some leaves of Cabbage Flower, cleaned and minced.
- Tomato - 1 chopped in small pieces.
- Carrot - 1 piece minced.
- a small piece of flower Gobi, cleaned and minced.
- Green beans.
- 4-5 Coriander Leaves.
- Ginger minced - 1/2 teaspoon.
- Garlic - 1 segment.
- Red Chili powder - 1 or 3/4 teaspoon.
- Green Chili - 2 to3 pieces.
- Soya Sauce - 1 teaspoon.
- Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
- Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon.
- Water - 3 cups.
- Salt - as per taste.
Method:
- Take oil in a deep fry pan and add all minced vegetables, carrot, red chili powder, beans and fry for 56 minutes.
- Let it boiled well with an added water for till liquid gets somewhat thicker.
- Add Cornflour and boil again for 1-2 minutes till liquid gets thicker.
- Then add Soya sauce, Salt and Sugar and boil and keep stirring with the spoon for preparing a perfect mixture.
- Serve in a bowl with Green Chili(fermented in vinegar), and soya sauce.
- optionally broccoli and mushroom also can be added.
- Beans may be french beans if available.
