Ingredients:

  • All-Purpose Flour (Maida) - 125 grams.
  • Brown Sugar - 150 grams.
  • Butter - 150 grams.
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp.
  • Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp.
  • Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • Vinegar - One tsp.
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • Apple Juice - 1/2 cup.
  • Mixed Shredded Dry Fruits (Raisin, Cherry, Black Raisin, Dates, Cashew, Almonds, etc.) - 150 grams.

Method:

  1. Mix all apple juice, dry fruits (including cherry) in a bowl and keep for 8 to 10 hours for fermentation.
  2. Mix vinegar and baking soda and put aside for a while.
  3. Put the butter in a vessel and churn well. Add brown sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and mix well.
  4. Add the dry fruits with apple juice, vinegar with baking soda, red chili powder, and mix well.
  5. Preheat the oven and bake the mixture after filling in the cake pan at 160 c for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Put in the plate and decorate with dry fruits.
