Note: The following are three lists of ingredients for different chutneys. The method for making all the chutneys is the same and has given at the end of the lists.

Ingredients for 3 Variants of Green Chutney:

(1) Green Chutney.

  • Coriander Leaves - 2 cups
  • Mint Leaves - 1 cup
  • Green Chilli - 3 no.
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch
  • Lemon Juice - 1 no.
  • Water - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala - 1/4 tsp

(2) Coriander Yogurt Chutney.

  • Green Chutney(as above) - 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt - 3 tbsp

(3)Mayonised Chutney.

  • Green Chutney(as above) - 3 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Black Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Chaat Masala - 1/4 tsp


  • Grind all the ingredients adding water as needed, and serve.
