Ingredients for Pumpkin Green Peas Soup Recipe:

  • Yellow Pumpkin (cleaned and chopped) - 2 cups.
  • Butter - 2 tsp.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Corn Flour (mixed in water) - 1 tsp.
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp.
  • Green Peas - 2 tbsp.
  • Coriander leaves.


>Method of Pumpkin Green Peas Soup Recipe:

  1. Heat the ghee and add pumpkin pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add up of water and boil in a pressure cooker.
  3. After filtering the water out, and cooling make a puree of boiled pumpkin.
  4. Save the water for reuse.
  5. Add pumpkin puree in a vessel and salt as per taste, black pepper powder, dissolved of cornflour, and green peas and the previously filtered water.
  6. Boil till it gets thick and take out in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. The pumpkin green peas soup is ready.
