Ingredient of Cucumber Juice:

  • Cucumbers- Two.
  • A medium piece of Ginger.
  • 10~12 mint leaves.
  • Lemon juice- 2tsp.
  • Rock Salt and Ordinary Salt- 1/4 tsp.
  • Chat Masala or Black pepper powder- One tsp.
  • Water as needed.
  • Ice cubes.


Method for Cucumber Juice:

  1. Wash the Cucumber, Ginger, Mint leaves, and Lime in lukewarm water.
  2. Cut the Cucumbers and Ginger into small pieces.
  3. Now crush the Cucumber, Mint, and Ginger in a mixer to make a pulp.
  4. Strain the juice from the pulp, add some water(if needed) and salts, and mix well.
  5. After feeling the mug, sprinkle chat masala (or black pepper powder) in the Cucumber Juice, garnish with Mint leaves and set a Cucumber slices.
  6. The Cucumber Juice with Ginger and mint is ready. Serve it chilled or with ice cubes.
