Veg_Soup: Recipe for a healthy snack of mix veg soup which is very good for the health and maintains a healthy weight
Ingredients for mix veg soup:
- One small carrot cut in small pieces.
- One small finely chopped onion.
- 5 to 6 small cut French beans.
- One tomato finely chopped.
- 1/4 cabbage finely chopped.
- .Peas are optional.
- One tsp butter.
- Salt as per taste (rock salt is better).
- One tsp black pepper powder.
Method of mix vegetable soup:
- Melt butter add chopped onion n cook for two minutes.
- Add remaining cut vegetables and cook for two minutes and stir occasionally.
- Add one and a half glass of water and salt and let it cook with lid closed for 15 minutes.
- Take out in serving bowl add black pepper as per taste.
