Veg_Soup: Recipe for a healthy snack of mix veg soup which is very good for the health and maintains a healthy weight

Ingredients for  mix veg soup:

  • One small carrot cut in small pieces.
  • One small finely chopped onion.
  • 5 to 6 small cut French beans.
  • One tomato finely chopped.
  • 1/4 cabbage finely chopped.
  • .Peas are optional.
  • One tsp butter.
  • Salt as per taste (rock salt is better).
  • One tsp black pepper powder.


Method of mix vegetable soup:

  1. Melt butter add chopped onion n cook for two minutes.
  2. Add remaining cut vegetables and cook for two minutes and stir occasionally.
  3. Add one and a half glass of water and salt and let it cook with lid closed for 15 minutes.
  4. Take out in serving bowl add black pepper as per taste.
Enjoy your healthiest snack, the mix vegetable soup, in the morning or evening or before lunch and dinner.
