A fry and crispy Potato Pattice dish for the month of Shravan for fasting.

Ingredients for frali petice:

  • Boiled Potato - 4
  • Ararot - 2 Tablespoon.

For filler-

  • Grated fresh Coconut - 1 cup.Baked peanut Powder - 1 cup.
  • Raisin - 1 teaspoon.
  • A paste of Green Chili - 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1teasppon.
  • Bura (Sugar) powder - 2 teaspoons.
  • Juice of Lemon - 2 teaspoons.
  •  Salt as per taste.

Method of faraali Patish:

  1. Crush the boiled potato and mix the ararot and salt and put the paste aside for a while to set.
  2. Mix all ingredients of filler in a deep vessel.
  3. Not make a disc shape of the potato paste and fill the mix and wrap properly.
  4. Fry on a medium flame till the light golden color.
  5. These Farali Petish tastes are good with the chutney of the dates.
