A fry and crispy Potato Pattice dish for the month of Shravan for fasting.
'Only rock salt must be used in the recipes of fasting.'
Ingredients for frali petice:
- Boiled Potato - 4
- Ararot - 2 Tablespoon.
For filler-
- Grated fresh Coconut - 1 cup.Baked peanut Powder - 1 cup.
- Raisin - 1 teaspoon.
- A paste of Green Chili - 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper Powder - 1teasppon.
- Bura (Sugar) powder - 2 teaspoons.
- Juice of Lemon - 2 teaspoons.
- Salt as per taste.

Method of faraali Patish:
- Crush the boiled potato and mix the ararot and salt and put the paste aside for a while to set.
- Mix all ingredients of filler in a deep vessel.
- Not make a disc shape of the potato paste and fill the mix and wrap properly.
- Fry on a medium flame till the light golden color.
- These Farali Petish tastes are good with the chutney of the dates.
