Ingredients:
- Raisins - 2 tbsp,

- Walnut pieces - 2 tbsp,
- Wheat flour - 1 cup,
- Butter - Half a cup,
- condensed milk -10 tsp,
- baking powder-half teaspoon,
- baking soda-pa teaspoon,
- vanilla essence-half teaspoon
Method:
- Heat sugar in a pan. Heat water in another frying. Gradually the sugar will dissolve and become caramel.
- When the sugar melts and turns brown and swells, turn off the gas and add hot water slowly.
- Again Turn the gas on and boil it for 2 minutes. When the caramel syrup is ready, add all the dried fruits. After 4-5 minutes, turn off the gas and set it aside to cool.
- Now mix butter and condensed milk in a bowl. Add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and stir in another bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 160 ° C for 10 minutes, place the butter paper in the cake mold and keep it ready. Now whisk the butter mixture well and mix the flour and vanilla essence.
- Bake the cake batter in a molded preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. When it happens, check with a toothpick and take it out.
- Pour the prepared caramel syrup over it. When it cools down to room temperature, unmold and serve.
