Ingredients:

  • Raisins - 2 tbsp,
  • Black Dried Grapes - 2 tbsp,
  • Dry Cranberry - 2 tbsp,
  • Tutifrutti - 4 tbsp,
  • Cashew pieces - 2 tbsp,
  • Almond pieces - 2 tbsp,
  • Walnut pieces - 2 tbsp,
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup,
  • Butter - Half a cup,
  • condensed milk -10 tsp,
  • baking powder-half teaspoon,
  • baking soda-pa teaspoon,
  • vanilla essence-half teaspoon

Method:

  1. Heat sugar in a pan. Heat water in another frying. Gradually the sugar will dissolve and become caramel.
  2. When the sugar melts and turns brown and swells, turn off the gas and add hot water slowly.
  3. Again Turn the gas on and boil it for 2 minutes. When the caramel syrup is ready, add all the dried fruits. After 4-5 minutes, turn off the gas and set it aside to cool.
  4. Now mix butter and condensed milk in a bowl. Add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and stir in another bowl.
  5. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C for 10 minutes, place the butter paper in the cake mold and keep it ready. Now whisk the butter mixture well and mix the flour and vanilla essence.
  6. Bake the cake batter in a molded preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. When it happens, check with a toothpick and take it out.
  7. Pour the prepared caramel syrup over it. When it cools down to room temperature, unmold and serve.
