Sprouted Green Gram Recipe with Fox Nuts| makhaane ke saath ankurit moong ka salaad vidhi|

Healthy salad made with sprouted green gram (Vigna radiata) and  Fox Nut is better to eat in the winter season.

Ingredients for Salad:

  • Sprouted green gram - 1 cup,
  • Chopped Tomatoes 1 cup
  • Chopped and boiled potatoes - 1,
  • Chopped Onion - 1 cup,
  • Roasted  Fox Nuts - 1 cup,
  • Fine Savaiya - 1/2 cup,
  • Boiled Peanuts - 1/ cup,
  • Red chili and black pepper powder - both 1 tsp,
  • Chaat masala(Indian Street Snack Spice Blend) - 1/2 tsp,
  • Turmeric - 1 tsp,
  • Asafoetida - 2 pinches,
  • lemon for the juice,
  • Edible oil - 2 tbsp,
  • Salt - as required

    Chaat or chat masala is a mixture of the powdered spices typically used to enhance the taste.
    It made from amchoor (dried mango powder), cumin, coriander, dried ginger, (preferably) black salt, black pepper, asafoetida, and chili.

Salad recipe:

  1. First of all, wash the sprouted green gram thoroughly with water two to three times.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, temper two pinches of asafoetida, then add sprouted green gram, and temper it.
  3. Now, add turmeric-1 teaspoon, red chili powder-1 teaspoon, and salt to the pan and mix it lightly with green green gram, cover the pan, and heat it on low flame for three to four times, then fill it in a big bowl.
  4. In another bowl add  Fox Nuts, some salt, and mix.
  5. Mix  Fox Nut, boiled peanuts, chopped potatoes, onions, and tomatoes with green gram, and mix well. You can add more salt as per taste. Sprinkle red and black pepper powder, chaat masala (Indian Street Snack Spice Blend) , and squeeze lemon juice.

मखाने के साथ अंकुरित मूंग का सलाद विधि|

अंकुरित मूंग और मखाने से बना हेल्दी सलाद सर्दियों के मौसम में खाना बेहतर होता है.

सलाद के लिए सामग्री:

स्प्राउटेड मुंग - १ कप,
कटा हुआ टमाटर  १ कप,
कटा और उबला हुआ आलू - १,
कटी हुई प्याज़ - १ कप,
रोस्टेड मखाना  - १ कप,
बारीक़ सवैया - १/२ कप,
उबली  हुई मूंगफली - १/ कप,
लाल मिर्च और काली मिर्च पाउडर - दोनों १ छोटा चमच,
चाट मसाला - १/२ छोटा चमच,
हल्दी - १ छोटा चमच,
हींग - २ चुटकी,
रस के लिए एक लिम्बू,
खाद्य तेल - २ बड़ा चमच,
नमक - जरुरत अनुसार,
थोड़ा पानी,

सलाद की विधि:

सब से पहले अकुंरित मुंग को दो-तीन बार पानी से अच्छी तरह धो ले.
एक कड़ाई में एक बड़ा चमच तेल ड़ाल कर दो चुटकी हींग को तड़का लगाए, फिर अंकुरित मुंग को ड़ाल कर तड़का लगाए।
अब कड़ाई में हल्दी १ छोटा चमच, लाल मिर्च पाउडर १ छोटा चमच, और नमक ड़ाल  कर हलके से मुंग के साथ मिक्स करे, कड़ाई को ढँक कर धीमी आंच पर तीन-चार  गरम करे, बाद में एक बड़े बाउल में भर दे।
एक दूसरे बाउल में मखाना और थोड़ा नमक ड़ाल  कर मिलाए।   
मुंग के साथ मखाना, उबली मूंगफली, कटे हुए आलू, प्याज़, और टमाटर मिलकर अच्छी तरह मिक्स करे. स्वाद अनुसार और नमक दाल सकते है। लाल और काली मिर्च पाउडर, चाट मसाला छंटे, लिम्बु का रास निचोड़े.
सवैय्या से सजा कर अंकुरित मुंग, मखाना के सलाद का लुत्फ़ उठाये.
