Shimla Mirch which is called capsicum is a species of pepper. Some Portuguese species of colorful capsicum known as bell pepper. Capsicum contains vitamin A, C, (more in red capsicums), E, B6, folate, and some sugar ( less sugar in green capsicums). As they also contain a good amount of fiber is good for the digestion system.

-6 capsicum(Shimla Mirch)
-1 bowl of cauliflower
-1 bowl carrot grate
-2 boiled potatoes
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
-2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
-2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
-2 tablespoons cayenne pepper(Lal Mirch Powder)
-1 tablespoon garam masala
-1 tablespoon sugar
-2 tablespoons chickpea flour(Besan).
-2 tablespoons cheese
-1 teaspoon pepper powder(Mari powder).
- Oil as needed
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the capsicums in two pieces from center.
- Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the onion.
- Then mix the chopped tomatoes, cauliflower, carrot, potato, cheese, ginger-garlic paste, cayenne(lala mirch powder), garam masala, sugar, pepper powder, salt, and prepare a vegetable mixture.
- Heat some oil in a second pan and heat the chickpeas(Besan) flour.
- Mix the vegetable mixture when the fragrance emits from it.
- Now, put this stuffing in the baked capsicum and place in the oven to bake.
- Tasty Vegetable Stuffed Capsicum Ready.
Hindi:
- शिमला मिर्च को बीच से दो टुकड़ों में काट लें।
- एक कड़ाही में तेल गरम करें, और प्याज डालें।
- फिर कटे हुए टमाटर, गोभी, गाजर, आलू, पनीर, अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट, केयेन (लाला मिर्च पाउडर), गरम मसाला, चीनी, काली मिर्च पाउडर, नमक मिलाएं और एक सब्जी मिश्रण तैयार करें।
- एक दूसरे पैन में थोड़ा तेल गर्म करें और छोले (बेसन) के आटे को गर्म करें।
- जब इसमें से खुशबू आये तो सब्ज़ी मिश्रण मिलाएँ।
- अब इस स्टफिंग को बेक की हुई शिमला मिर्च में डालें और बेक करने के लिए ओवन में रखें।
- स्वादिष्ट सब्जी भरवां शिमला मिर्च तैयार है।
