Veg_Soup:A combination of carrot and cabbage is the best idea for nourishing soup in the winter. The soup of carrot and cabbage can be prepared by just with butter and salt. This is soup also consumable for the Jain community, as no garlic and onion have used. Here is the recipe

Ingredient for Carrot Cabbage soup:

  • Butter - 1 tsp.
  • Chopped Cabbage - 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped Carrots - 1/2 cup.
  • Salt as per taste.

Method of Carrot Cabbage soup:

  1. Boil the pieces of carrot and cabbage in the pressure cooker after cleaning properly with water.
  2. Drain out and store the extra water from the pressure cooker to another bowl for reuse.
  3. Prepare the puree in the mixie.
  4. Heat the butter and add puree in it, and the water from the bowl into the vessel and boil until the liquid becomes thicker.
  5. Optionally, soup can be made of pieces directly without making the puree.
  6. Shift in the bowl and add black pepper powder as per choice and if necessary add the salt as per taste.
  7. The carrot cabbage soup is ready.
