Veg_Soup:The combination of onion, carrot, and potato is a great source of Vitamins and Minerals. Here is the recipe for onion carrot potato soup.

Ingredients for Onion Carrot Potato Soup:

  • Carrot - 2 pieces.
  • Onions - 3 pieces.
  • Potato - 1 piece.
  • Butter - 1 tsp.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Black Pepper Powder as per taste.
  • Fresh Cream - 1tbsp.


Method of Onion Carrot Potato Soup:

  1. Take a carrot, two onion, and potato and cut into pieces after cleaning it.
  2. Boil in the pressure cooker for a 5-6 minute on medium flame with a sufficient quantity of water.
  3. Drain the water in another vessel and keep aside for using afterward and let the mixer cool down before making the puree of it.
  4. Heat the butter in the vessel and add grated onion to fry for golden color and add puree, one tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste, and pour the water which was saved, and boil until it gets thick.
  5. Pour in the bowl and garnish some cream.
  6. It should look like the saffron color mango juice.
  7. The onion carrot soup is ready.
