Ingredient for farali poodala:

  • Corn flour - 1 cup.
  • Chestnut aka Singhara Flour - 1/2 cup.
  • Grated Gourd - 1 cup.
  • A paste of Ginger And Chili - 2 tsp.
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup.
  • Completely Blended Curd - 1/4 cup.
  • Salt - as per taste.
  • Oil.

Method of farali poodala:

  1. Mix all the stuff as written above including all flour and make a slurry by adding the water and put aside for a while to set.
  2. After some time add one tablespoon of oil and stir to mix properly.
  3. Pour the slurry on the non-stick pan and fry with oil till gets golden color. Fry on both sides.
These Poodlas tastes are delicious with the Khajoor(dates) Chutney(Sauce).
