Rice Ladoo is a famous Indian sweet made from rice flour, ghee, sugar, coconut, nuts, and spices. It is a simple, nutritious, inexpensive snack that can be served on any occasion. Rice laddoos are known to be rich in restricted carbohydrates, proteins, fiber, minerals, and vitamins with restricted calories.
Rice Ladoo can be made in different ways, such as rice-coconut, rice-lentil, and rice-nuts. Each type of laddu has its own fragrance, taste, beauty, nutritional value, softness, crispness, sweetness, spiciness, beauty, nutrition, softness, crispness, sweetness, and spiciness.

Ingredient for rice flour laddu:
Rice - 1 cup
Granulated(Bura) sugar - 1 cup.

Cardamom powder - 5.
Method of rice flour laddu:
Wash the rice with water and dry it using a dry and clean absorbent cloth. Spread the rice on the dry cloth for 10-15 minutes to evaporate the humidity from it.
Roast the rice on a medium flame for a light brown color(approximately 15 minutes), then take off from the stove and let it cool for a while.
Then grind the rice to make the flour of it then filter to remove the bigger lumps. Grind the remaining lumps again and filter.
Fry the sesame seeds slightly just to dry. Don't fry the sesame seeds more; otherwise, it will become bitter.
Mix the fried sesame seed, bura(granulated) sugar, cardamom powder, chopped cashew with the rice flour well till the mixture become sticky, so that it will be easy to make a laddoo(ball) shape.
Make laddoos of your desired size and set in a plate to eat.
It can be preserved for a month or two.

हल्के भूरे रंग (लगभग 15 मिनट) के लिए मध्यम आंच पर चावल को रोस्ट करें, फिर स्टोव से उतार लें और इसे थोड़ी देर के लिए ठंडा होने दें।
फिर इसके आटे को बनाने के लिए चावल को पीस लें फिर बड़ी गांठ को निकालने के लिए छान लें। शेष गांठों को फिर से पीस लें और छान लें।
तिलों को हल्का सा सूखने के लिए भूनें। तिलों को अधिक न भूनें; अन्यथा, यह कड़वा हो जाएगा।
