Green Pea Soup Recipe for winter season. |
vegetarian soup: This healthy green pea aka matar soup can be drunk in cold weather with breakfast or lunch, dinner.
Ingredients for green pea soup:
- Butter - 1 tsp.
- Green peas - 500 grams.
- a potato.
- an onion.
- Two tomatoes.
- Milk - 1 cup
- Corn flour - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper powder - half a teaspoon.
- Cinnamon Powder - half a teaspoon.
- Cream - half cup.
- Salt - As per taste.
Method of preparation of green pea soup:
- Heat water in a vessel and boil peas, potatoes, and salt with dasas. Then put tomatoes and boil them.
- When cooled, make boiled potatoes, peas and tomatoes mixture by grinding them with water and filter with a sieve.
- Heat butter, milk, corn flour in the pan and heat it slightly, then add black pepper powder, cinnamon powder, cream and heat.
- Then put potatoes, peas, tomato soup in it and boil it.
- When cooked well, drink only hot.
