Broccoli, the green vegetable resembles with a cabbage. The broccoli is a green plant in the Brassica Oleracea cabbage family. Broccoli has large green flowers, usually arranged in a tree-like structure growing out of a thick, edible stalk.
It is advisable to use broccoli with mixed vegetables with simple flower cabbage, capsicum, potato, carrots with French bean. Because consuming Broccoli alone is heavy to digest. The best way to eat broccoli is to cook them in steam or boil eat raw as a salad to get all the nutrients.
Broccoli is rich of nutrients, organic compounds, minerals, and vitamins. Broccoli contains essential nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, and chromium. It is also a good source of dietary fiber, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin E, manganese, phosphorus, choline, vitamin B1, vitamin A (as carotenoids), potassium, and copper.
Broccoli also contains phytonutrients and glucosinolates. In this, isothiocyanates made from glucosinolates help to prevent cancer. Apart from this, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, zinc, calcium, iron, niacin, and selenium are also present in broccoli. Green or purple broccoli are eaten as a vegetable.

Ingredients for Butter Broccoli Vegetable:
- 1 medium broccoli, separated from the flower buds
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 2-3 green cardamom
- 4-5 cloves
- 1-inch cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 cup fresh tomato puree
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 4 tablespoons readymade tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 teaspoon fresh cream
Method of Butter Broccoli Vegetable:
- Boil the water in a wok, add broccoli, and salt, cook for 3-5 minutes. Strain the water out of broccoli and keedip in a cool water.
- Heat 1 tsp butter in another pan, add green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger-garlic paste, fresh tomato puree, salt, and red chili powder, and mix well.
- Add tomato puree, garam masala powder, and 1 tbsp of water and mix well. Add fresh cream and mix again. Simmer for 5 minutes. Take out the tomato mixture in a bowl.
- Heat the remaining 1 tsp butter in another wok, add the fried broccoli and toss it well.
- Spread tomato gravy in a tray, and spread broccoli over it.
