เคนिंเคฆी เคे เคฒिเค เคฏเคนां เค्เคฒीเค เคเคฐें।
Ingredients for sabja shikanji:
- Crushed ice cubes.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Salt - pinch.
- Lime juice - 2 cup.
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp.
- Black salt - pinch.
- Sabja seeds - 2 tbsp.
- Water.
- Leftover curd water.
Method of Sabja Shikanji:
- Soak the sabja seeds in a water for 2-3 hors till it get saturated.
- Add crushed ice cubes, sugar, salt, lime juice, cumin powder, black salt, soaked sabja seeds, water in a jar and mix.
- Then add leftover curd water and mix again.
