A combination of baby(type of small ones) potatoes and baby corn along with the vegetables is the best nutrient dish as breakfast or as a starter on the dinner table. This dish is good for school-going kids and family members. Cook today in your kitchen for your family.

Ingredients for baby corn Alu Masala with Green Chili :

  • 1 cup baby corn,
  • 8-10 baby potato,
  • 1 tbsp cornflour,
  • 4 green chilis,
  • 5 cloves of garlic,
  • One medium-sized piece of ginger,
  • One capsicum,
  • One cup of shredded green onion,
  • 1/4th cup of green coriander leaves,
  • 2 tsp cornflour,
  • 2 tsp black pepper powder,
  • one tsp chili flakes,
  • Oil as per need,
  • Salt- as per taste,

Method of Baby corn Alu Masala with Green Chili :

  1. Cut all the vegetables (coriander leaves, capsicum, green chilis, garlic cloves, green onions,)  into small pieces.
  2. Boil all the baby potatoes along with the skin after adding salt to the water.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the potatoes after removing the skin.
  4. Mix baby corn, cornflour, black pepper powder one tsp, some chili flakes, some water, and salt. Add fried potatoes and cook on the high flame for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Again heat oil in another pan and saute the garlic cloves, green chilis, capsicums, green onion along with the leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, black pepper powder, and salt for a1 or 2 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked vegetable mixture including the potatoes in the pan and add some water and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Baby corn Alu Masala with Green Chili is ready.
  8. Cab be consumed with fry or jeera rice, or as a starter on lunch /dinner/breakfast.
