Chocolate Jalebi Recipe|| Fusion of Indian sweet and chocolate|| Kids most liked||


There would be no kids in the world who don't like chocolate. The fusion of chocolate with the Indian sweet, popularly known as Jalebi, will surely be the most favorite to kids, and of course, to all of you, and me too!

Ingredients for Chocolate Jalebi:

  • Refined Wheat(All-Purpose) Flour - 2 cups.
  • Rice flour - 6 tsp.
  • Cocoa Powder - 6 tsp.
  • Yogurt - 4 tsp.
  • Baking Soda or Eno - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 4 cups.
  • Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp.
  • Cream(Desi Ghee) - 2 tbsp.
  • Water - as per need.

Method of Chocolate Jalebi:

  1. Mix refined wheat flour, rice flour, cocoa powder, yogurt, and water to make a batter. Add baking soda or Eno, and Put aside for a while.
  2. Add sugar into the water and boil it. Add cardamom powder just before taking the bowl off from the stove.
  3. Fill the batter in a bottle with a hole in the lead to dispense the mixture.
  4. Heat the cream((desi ghee) in the wok on medium flame.
  5. Add the mixture from the bottle in a moving circular motion in the wok to make Jalebi.
  6. Dip the Jalebies in the sugar syrup for a while.

Serve to the kids their favorite chocolate Jalebi sweet.
