Rabadi is an Indian sweet type prepared by boiling milk with some ingredients. It is a thick but tasty liquid. Usually, it serves on various occasions along with other cuisines.
Ingredient for Rabadi:
- Almond (grated) - 1 cup.
- Sugar - 1/2th cup,
- Milk - 2 cups,
- Solidified Cream (Mawa) - 1 cup.
- Cardamom Powder - 1/4th cup.
Method of Rabadi:
- Pour the milk in a wok, add sugar, cream, boil for a while,
- then add grated almonds, cardamom powder.
- Boil for 25-30 minutes on the medium flame.
