How To Prepare Rabadi At Home?

How to prepare rabadi/rabari at home?
Homemade Rabadi, an Indian dessert.

Rabadi is an Indian sweet type prepared by boiling milk with some ingredients. It is a thick but tasty liquid. Usually, it serves on various occasions along with other cuisines.

Ingredient for Rabadi: 

  • Almond (grated) - 1 cup.
  • Sugar - 1/2th cup,
  • Milk - 2 cups,
  • Solidified Cream (Mawa) - 1 cup.  
  • Cardamom Powder - 1/4th cup.

Method of Rabadi:

Pour the milk in a wok, add sugar, cream, boil for a while, then add grated almonds, cardamom powder. Boil for 25-30 minutes on the medium flame. The thick liquid known as Rabadi, an Indian sweet type, is ready. Take off from the stove and serve with other cuisines as a dessert.
