    Hot_Drink: Nothing is a better drink than #hot_spicy_milk in the winter season. #Milk is considered a #complete_food. Drinking with the addition of delicious spice powder into the milk in the morning, what will be a better good morning than that? So here's the two #recipe of spicy milk for your family.

Recipe No: 1

Ingredients for Masala (Spices)Milk:

  • An half cup of almonds,
  • A cup cashew nuts,
  • A cup peeled pistachios,
  • 15 to 20 small cardamoms,
  • One teaspoon nutmeg powder,
  • Half teaspoon black pepper,
  • A tsp of saffron,
  • A spoonful of fennel,
  • Two or three mace fruits,
  • One cup dried pumpkin seeds(magaz tari),
  • tbsp dry rose leaves
  • half tsp turmeric powder,


Method to make Masala (Spices)Milk:

  1. Heat a pan on the gas. Add almonds, pistachios, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and fry on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Take them out on a plate and let the dry fruits cool down.
  2. After this, add almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds, rose leaves, fennel, black pepper, mace, turmeric, and cardamom in the mixer. Then grind all the ingredients finely at high speed. Take out this spice in a bowl and add roasted saffron to it.
  3. A nutritious spice powder for milk is ready.
  4. Fill it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge.
  5. Whenever you want to drink milk, mix one or two teaspoons of spice powder and sugar or honey in a glass of hot or cold milk and make the whole family healthy by consuming it.

Ingredients for spicy milk:

(The following ingredients are needed for approximately 125 mg of milk: One adult person.)
  • A bowl of almonds,
  • A cashew nuts,
  • An Half bowl of pistachios,
  • Dry ginger powder - One tsp,
  • Cardamom - 6 (Take out the seeds),
  • Saffron stranda - half tsp,
  • Nutmeg powder - half tsp,
  • Sugar - One tsp or as per taste,


Method to make  spicy milk:

  1. Add almonds, cashews, and pistachios to a pan, and warm until the water evaporates from them. Don't roast completely.
  2. Then let all the dry fruits cool down, and add dry ginger powder, cardamom seeds, saffron strands, nutmeg powder, and make a crisp powder in the grinder. Don't operate the grinder continuously but use an on-off switch instead.
  3. To store this powder, fill it in a jar.
How to make spicy milk?
  1. Take about 125 milligrams of milk.
  2. Add one and a half teaspoons of spice powder.
  3. Add one teaspoon of sugar, and boil it on a low flame.
  4. Drink milk when only hot.
It's a delicious best drink for kids and random guests.
