Cocoa Cake Recipe For Chrismas Festival.

Christmas Special Cake: Cocoa Cakes.

Ingredients:

  • All-purpose Wheat Flour (maida) - 1 1/4 cups.
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 Tbsp.
  • Brown Sugar - 3/4 cup.
  • Oil - 1/4 cup.
  • Flax Seeds Powder - 3
  • Butter Milk - 1/2 cup.
  • Milk - 2 tbs.
  • Baking Soda - 1tsp.
  • Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • Red Food Color - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Butter and Sugar for layer - as per need.

Method:

  1. Mix the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and soda.
  2. Add warm milk and flax seed powder and keep aside for half an hour after mixing correctly.
  3. Then stir the mixture well while adding oil, buttermilk, and Sugar. If you like can add vanilla essence.
  4. Make two pat of it and mix red color in one part.
  5. After coating inside of cake pan, make the layer of both paste alternatively.
  6. Bake at 160 c for at least 20-30 minutes.
  7. After replacing in a tray, decorate with the butter-sugar paste and sprinkle the cocoa powder. You can put the chocolate cubes on it.
  8. Your cocoa cake is ready.
