Ingredients for Keto Veg Clear Soup:

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • Crushed cloves - 4.
  • Crushed cloves of garlic-6.
  • Tomato puree.
  • Green chili paste - 100 grams.
  • 1 tsp Vinegar.
  • Powder of dry red chili powder - 1/4 cup.
  • Cumin - 2 tsp.
  •  Dried oregano - one tsp.
  •  Black pepper powder - one tsp.
  • Bay-leaf - one.
  • Oil.
  • Salt - as per taste.
  • Water.

Method of Keto Veg Clear Soup:

  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and temper the chopped onion and garlic paste. Then add tomato puree and heat it.
  2. Add water and rest of ingredients to skillet and stir until combined.
  3. Boil on low flame for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, then sieve in a bowl.
Serve Keto Veg Clear Soup hot garnished with coriander leaves.

Ingredients for Maharashtrian Curry:

  • Split Red Lentil - 2 tbsp.
  • Chopped Onion - cup.
  • Diced Tomatoes - 3/4 cup.
  • Two crushed cloves of garlic.
  • Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp.
  • Oil - one tsp.
  • Salt - as per taste.
  • Water - 21/2 cup.

Method of Maharashtrian Curry:

  1. Wash tomatoes (before cutting) and lentils thoroughly with water.
  2. In the cooker, add chopped onion and temper it; add garlic and red chili powder.
  3. Put water, tomatoes, and split red lentil in the oven and boil them by closing the lid.
  4. Filter the boiled mixer, add salt, and heat it on a low flame.
Serve hot with rice and chopped lemon.

Ingredients for Hot Garlic Veg Soup:

Finely chopped vegetables (Carrot, French beans, Cauliflower, Pea, Baby Corn) - 1 cup.
  • Chopped Onion - 1/3 cup.
  • Finely chopped garlic cloves - 2 tsp.
  • Quick Cooking Rolled Oats - 2 tsp.
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - as per taste.
  • Coriander for garnishing.
  • Salt - as per taste.
  • Water.

Method for Hot Garlic Veg Soup:

Heat oil in a vessel and add Onion, Garlic and temper it.
  1. Add all the chopped vegetables and cook for a while, stirring.
  2. Then add water, black pepper powder, salt and boil it well.
  3. Lastly, add Oats and simmer for five minutes.
Fill in a bowl, garnish with Coriander and serve.

Ingredients for Green Pea Soup:

  • Butter - tbsp.
  • Green peas - 500 grams.
  • Peeled and chopped potatoes - 100 grams.
  • Tomatoes - two.
  • Milk - one cup.
  • Corn Flour - 1 tbsp.
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • Cream - 1/2 cup.
  • Fried Bread Pieces.
  • Onions - one.
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • Salt - as per taste.

Method for Green Pea Soup:

Heat the butter in a pan. After the butter melts, add green peas, potato pieces, stir well.
  1. Then add water and salt and boil it. Add tomatoes and boil more.
  2. After the vegetables cool down, grind them in a mixer and sieve them.
  3. Put the soup on low flame, add sugar and boil it a little.
  4. Then add cornflour and boil till the mixture reduces.
  5. Remove from the stove and add black pepper powder, cinnamon, cream, and bread crumbs to the soup.
In the winter season, enjoy hot green peas soup with family in the morning.

  • Sprouted country gram - one cup.
  • Sprouted kidney beans - one cup.
  • Sprouted Mung(Green beans) - one cup.
  • Chopped Onion - one cup.
  • Butter - a tbsp.
  • Tomato puree - a tbsp.
  • Two cloves of garlic.
  • A small piece of fennel.
  • Powder of two cloves.
  • Soup cubes - two.
  • Black Pepper Powder and Salt - As per taste.
  • Water - about one liter.

Method for Bean Soup:

  1. Wash all the lentils thoroughly, add two garlic cloves and boil them well in water.
  2. Heat the butter in a vessel. After the butter melts, temper the onions.
  3. Add tempered Onion, black pepper powder, tomato puree, salt to the boiled lentils and grind it in a mixer.
  4. Add some water and soup cubes and boil it for ten minutes.
Serve hot with cinnamon powder, loving powder, and butter.
