Purple Grape Pomegranate juice recipe|
Both fruits, Grapes, and pomegranates are tasty, and a combo juice of both with some ingredients will turn it into a delicious juice suitable for the morning breakfast in the family.
Before breakfast, drinking pomegranate and grape combo juice in the morning (on an empty stomach) is better for health. Because it contains electrolytes. Hence pomegranate juice will hydrate your body in the morning, and its nutrients readily get absorbed on an empty stomach.
Pomegranate and grape juice help to keep blood thin, and pomegranate seed protects against the forming clots in the blood platelets, especially in the heart and arteries.

Ingredients for purple grape and pomegranate juice:

- Pomegranate seeds-2 cups.
- Purple grapes-1 cup.
- Pepper powder- a pinch.
- Rock salt-a pinch.
- Sugar-1 tsp.
- Lemon juice- 2 tsp(optional)
- Ice cubes-half cup.
Method of purple grape and pomegranate juice:
- Remove the stalks of the grapes. Wash the grape and pomegranate seeds properly.
- Extract the juice with a juicer, and blend it with other ingredients, except ice cubes.
- Grind all the ingredients with the fruits at once in a mixer, except ice cubes, then filter it.
The purple grape-pomegranate juice is ready.
Add the ice cubes (and lemon juice if you like) to the glass of juice and serve.
