Ingredients for Pineapple Juice:

  • 1 Pineapple (diced into small pieces).
  • 2 tsp Chis seeds.
  • 2 whole lime or juice of it.
  • 1/4 tsp of Rock salt.
  • 1/2 tsp of Sugar.
  • Pinch of Salt.
  • Some water.

For garnishing-

  • Lemon slices.
  • Phoodina (mint) leaves.

Method of Pineapple Juice:

  1. Initially, dip the Chia seeds into the water for an hour or two till it swells.
  2. Dip the pineapple cuts into the water for 5~10 minutes.
  3. Make a pulp of the Pineapple after adding 2~3 tsp water, salts, and lime juice and strain in a jar.
  4. Strain and add Chia seed to the juice.

Pineapple Juice is ready to consume, serve chilled or with ice.
Decorate it with slices of lime and garnish with Phoodina (mint) leaves.
