Simple Recipe Of Homemade Tomato Energy Booster Juice With Beetroot, Carrot, and Amla.

Ingredients for Tomato Energy Booster Juice:

  • Tomato - one.
  • Beetroot - 1/2 piece.
  • Carrot - one.
  • Amla (Indian gooseberry) - 2 fruits.
  • Peppermint - 2 tsp.
  • Mango turmeric - a small piece.
  • Ginger - a small piece.
  • Black Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • rock salt - 1/4 tsp.
  • Salt - as required.

Method Of Tomato Energy Booster Juice:

  1. Wash the fruits and vegetables with lukewarm water.
  2. Cut the tomatoes and Gooseberries (Amla) in half.
  3. Peel and chop the carrots and beetroot.
  4. Add all ingredients and salts to the mixer jar, and grind them.

Strain the mix in a glass and serve chilled or with ice cubes.
