Ingredients of apple juice:

Fresh-Apple-Ripe-Vitamins-Food-Fruit-Nature-Red
  • Apple-One unit,
  • Carro-One unit,

  • Lemon juice-One tsp,
  • chia seed-1 or 2 tsp.
  • Sugar-1tsp.
  • Water as needed.


Method of apple juice:

  1. Soak chia seeds in water for half an hour, so that will absorb the water and swell. 
  2. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.
  3. Add a glass of water, 1 tsp of sugar, and pieces of fruit into the mixer and grind to make juice.

Fill the mug with juice, add the water-soaked chia seeds, and garnish it with mint leaves before serving.
