You only need dates, oats, nuts, poppy seeds, ghee, and cream to make them. Follow these easy steps to prepare your own oats and dates energy bars in no time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of soft dates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of mixed nuts, chopped
  • 1 cup of oats, powdered
  • 1 cup of poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of ghee
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cream
  • Milk, as needed

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and cook the dates until they become soft and sticky.
  2. Add the oats and nuts and mix well. Stir in the cream and turn off the heat.
  3. Spread the poppy seeds on a large sheet of plastic wrap and press the date mixture over it, forming a thin layer.
  4. Roll up the plastic wrap tightly, making sure there are no air gaps.
  5. Freeze the roll for 30 minutes or until firm.
  6. Cut into slices and enjoy your healthy and sugar-free energy bars.
