Milky tea here is for a rich content of milk with little water. The mint, ginger, and black pepper powder make it a hot drink. A great option is milk tea, made with ginger, mint, and black pepper. This tea makes you feel fresh, energetic and healthy. The properties in ginger improve your digestion, the menthol in peppermint freshens your breath, and the piperine in black pepper boosts your immune system. Along with this, this tea gives you relief from cold, cough, and headache. Here is a recipe for delicious milky tea with ginger, mint, and black pepper.

Ingredients for milk tea:

  • Milk - 2 Cups.
  • Water - 1 Cup.
  • Sugar - 4 Teaspoon.
  • Tea - 2 Teaspoons.
  • A small piece of ginger.
  • Mint leaves - As per the taste.
  • Coarse powder of Black Pepper - 1 Teaspoon.
  • A pinch of salt(not the rock salt).
  • Cream(optional).

Method of milk tea:

  1. Initially, warm a glassful of water in a boiling pot.
  2. Add mint leaves and boil for a minute.
  3. Then add crushed ginger and pepper powder, and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Then add four teaspoons of sugar and dry tea leaves. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Then add two cups of milk and heat it till it rises twice.

Two cups of delicious tea are ready. If you like can add cream over it.
