Ingredients of Schezwan Honey Potato Chilli Vegetable:

  • Potatoes - 3
  • White flour(Maida) - half cup,
  • Schezwan sauce - 2 tsp
  • Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Chili Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
  • Rice flour - half a cup,
  • Corn floor - 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds - 2 tsp
  • A large onion,
  • Finely chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  • A bell pepper,
  • Green Chili - 3-4,
  • Honey - 1 tsp
  • A cup of oil,
  • Salt - as per taste

Schezwan Honey Potato Chilli Vegetable Recipe:

  1. First of all, cut the potatoes lengthwise. Put salt and potatoes in water in a vessel and boil it.
  2. Take out the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Then in that bowl mix a little rice flour, White flour(Maida), and salt and mix the potato pieces well.
  3. Prepare a thick batter in a separate bowl by adding water to rice flour, White flour(Maida), and salt, and dip potato chips in the batter and fry them in a fry pen.
  4. Take a little oil in a pen, add garlic, onion, green chili, capsicum and sesame and temper it.
  5. Then add Schezwan sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce and tomato ketchup to it. Make a slurry by pouring some water in the corn floor and adding long pieces of fried potatoes and honey in it, put it in a pen and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6.  Schezwan Honey Potato Chiliis ready.
