Ingredients:

• 40 grams butter
• 45 grams sugar
• 35 grams almond powder
• Chopped strawberries.
• 15 grams all-purpose flour
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of baking soda
• ¼ tsp strawberry flavor
• ¼ tsp Raspberry Red food color

Method:

1. Take a microwave-compatible glass bowl, add all the butter into it,
2. Start the microwave for 1 min at 375W to melt the butter.
3. Add sugar, and almond powder, whisk the mixture till gets fluffy.
4. Then add flour, baking soda, and salt, add melted butter.
5. Add strawberry flavor and raspberry red food color, and mix well.
6. Pour the mixture into a cake mold.
7. Operate the microwave for 4 mins at 375W.
8. When the strawberry cake gets ready, serve hot with fruit coulis after icing and garnishing with straberry pieces..
