How to Make the Best Corn Kebabs at Home?

Corn kebabs are a perfect snack for any occasion. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a burst of flavors from corn, paneer, spices, and herbs. You can make them in advance and fry them when you serve. They go well with green chutney or ketchup.


  • 1 cup boiled American corn
  • 2 - potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated paneer
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 1/2 cup red capsicum
  • 1 -Q onion
  • A small piece of ginger, chopped
  • 4 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying


  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them well.
  2. Chop the corn kernels, green chilies, ginger, and capsicum in a chopper or a food processor.
  3. Chop the onion finely.
  4. Mix the chopped vegetables, onion, mashed potatoes, paneer, bread crumbs, rice flour, spices, salt, and coriander. Mix well to form a smooth dough.
  5. Take a small portion of the dough and shape it into a kebab. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the kebabs in batches until golden and crisp on both sides. Drain on paper towels.

Serve the hot corn kebabs with green chutney or ketchup. Enjoy!
