नमकीन बाकरवडी उर्फ भाकरवडी की रेसिपी॥Crispy Bhakarawadi Recipes||

Bakarwadi or Bhakarwadi is a delicious Marathi namakeen(crispy) item, popular in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Rajasthan. It contains a mixed taste of sweet as well as spicy so that it is very tasty. It is made from gram flour dough along with wheat flour and resin flour(Menda flour). Sometimes coconut or potato used as per the taste along with the poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and other spices. Bhakhaarwadi is always made in a spiral shape and then fried until it gets crispy which can be stored for a long time and can be used readily available refreshment for the guest who visits suddenly.

     Actually, the meaning of the word 'Locho' in the Gujarati language is the mess. But once in the Surat city, a cook attempted to make a savory item but what get prepared was neither solid nor liquid form but what turned out was the strange crushed savory item of the flour of gram, which tasted too delicious. So it became popular in the name of 'Locho' means the savory dish which is in the crushed form. This is the exclusively popular item of Surat city, in the Gujarat state of India. Now it is a world-famous item and visitors of Surat city never miss a chance to taste  'Locho' once in a while.


     वास्तव मे गुजराती भाषा  मे 'लोचो' शब्द का अर्थ गड़बड़ होता है। लेकिन एक बार सूरत शहर में, एक रसोइए ने एक दिलकश आइटम बनाने का प्रयास किया लेकिन जो तैयार हुआ वह न तो ठोस था और न ही तरल रूप में लेकिन जो निकला वह चने के आटे की अजीब तरह की कुचली हुई नमकीन चीज थी, जो बहुत स्वादिष्ट थी। इसलिए यह 'लोचो' के नाम से लोकप्रिय हो गया, जिसका मतलब है कि लजीज व्यंजन जो कुचले हुए रूप में है। यह भारत के गुजरात राज्य में सूरत शहर की विशेष रूप से लोकप्रिय वस्तु है। अब यह एक विश्व प्रसिद्ध वस्तु है और सूरत शहर के आगंतुक कभी भी एक बार में 'लोचो' का स्वाद लेने का मौका नहीं चूकते।
