Masaaledar Gravywala Rajma urf Kidney Beans Vegetable Recipe

        Kidney Beans, which is known as Rajma in the Hindi Language is a type of beans contains many nutritious elements and should be consumed regularly in a family.
         There are many different recipes available to make Rajma, but here the simple yet delicious recipe is presented. The secret of the delicious dish is the Rajma Masala and the gravy. This same gravy can be used the same way as Rajma, for  Mutter Paneer and Chhole.

Ingredients of Masaaledar Gravywala Rajma urf Kidney Beans Vegetable:

For Tadaka:
  • 2-3 bay leaf.
  • 2-3 Dry Red Chillies.
  • 2-3 Green Chillies.
  • 1 Tbs Cumin.
For Gravy:
  • Onion and Tomato each 1/2 kg in the form of puree.
  • 2 Tbs Paste of Garlic and Ginger.
  • 1 Tbs Red Chilli powder
  • 1 Tbs Cumin powder.
  • Kitchen King Masala.
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Small bunch of Coriander leaves.

Method for Masaaledar Gravywala Rajma urf Kidney Beans Vegetable:

  • Wash rajma with several glasses of water then keep in water overnight. Filter the water the next day and boils the Rajma with the freshwater and puts aside for a while.
For Tadaka:
  • Heat the oil in a vessel and add cumin, bay leaf, red dry chillies, uncut green chillies and fry for a while.
Making of Gravy:
  1. Add the puree of Tomato and Onion in the Tadaka, and cook on a medium flame for at least 5-7 minutes.
  2. Then add ginger and garlic paste and cook for a while stirring the mix.
  3. Then add cumin powder, turmeric powder, kitchen king masala, garam masala, Red chilli powder, and cook till the fragrance will hit your nose. The oil will start to separate from the mix, then take out from the flame after a two minute.
  4. Then add the Rajma and the water which was used to boil rajma. This will enhance the taste of the dish. Cook on high flame properly and at last add the salt and coriander leaves and stir well and take off from the gas after 2-3 minutes.
  5. Your Masaaledar Gravywala Rajma urf Kidney Beans Vegetable is ready!

Sabzi, Stuffed Capsicum Recipe, Bharwa Shimla Mirch Recipe.



             Shimla Mirch which is called capsicum is a species of pepper. Some Portuguese species of colorful capsicum known as bell pepper. Capsicum contains vitamin A, C, (more in red capsicums), E, B6, folate, and some sugar ( less sugar in green capsicums). As they also contain a good amount of fiber is good for the digestion system.

Content:


-6 capsicum(Shimla Mirch)
-1 bowl of cauliflower
-1 bowl carrot grate
-2 boiled potatoes
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
-2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
-2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
-2 tablespoons cayenne pepper(Lal Mirch Powder)
-1 tablespoon garam masala
-1 tablespoon sugar
-2 tablespoons chickpea flour(Besan).
-2 tablespoons cheese
-1 teaspoon pepper powder(Mari powder).
- Oil as needed
- Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the capsicums in two pieces from center. 
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the onion. 
  3. Then mix the chopped tomatoes,  cauliflower, carrot, potato, cheese, ginger-garlic paste, cayenne(lala mirch powder), garam masala, sugar, pepper powder, salt, and prepare a vegetable mixture. 
  4. Heat some oil in a second pan and heat the chickpeas(Besan) flour. 
  5. Mix the vegetable mixture when the fragrance emits from it. 
  6. Now, put this stuffing in the baked capsicum and place in the oven to bake. 
  7. Tasty Vegetable Stuffed Capsicum Ready. 

Hindi:


  1. शिमला मिर्च को बीच से दो टुकड़ों में काट लें। 
  2. एक कड़ाही में तेल गरम करें, और प्याज डालें। 
  3. फिर कटे हुए टमाटर, गोभी, गाजर, आलू, पनीर, अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट, केयेन (लाला मिर्च पाउडर), गरम मसाला, चीनी, काली मिर्च पाउडर, नमक मिलाएं और एक सब्जी मिश्रण तैयार करें। 
  4. एक दूसरे पैन में थोड़ा तेल गर्म करें और छोले (बेसन) के आटे को गर्म करें। 
  5. जब इसमें से खुशबू आये तो सब्ज़ी मिश्रण मिलाएँ। 
  6. अब इस स्टफिंग को बेक की हुई शिमला मिर्च में डालें और बेक करने के लिए ओवन में रखें। 
  7. स्वादिष्ट सब्जी भरवां शिमला मिर्च तैयार है।

Lauki Chana Dal Recipe, Dudhi Chane ki Sabzi, Bottle Gourd chickpea Lentil Vegetable.



A combination of Bottle Gourd chickpea Lentil Vegetable makes a delicious, nutritious dish. This is a common recipe popular in Indian families.

Ingredients:

  • Bottle Gourd(Lauki)- Chopped pieces(madhyam chhote kate hue tukade). 
  • Chickpea Lentil(Chane ki dal) - 1/2 cup. 
  • Tomato - 1/2 cup. 
  • Garlic(Lahasun) - 1 teaspoon chopped in small pieces. 
  • Turmeric(Haldi) - 1 teaspoon, 
  • Oil - 1 TABLESPOON, 
  • Cumin(Jeera) - 1/2 teaspoon 
  • Mustard-Rye-(Raai) - 1/2 tsp 
  • Asafoetida(Hing) - 1/4 teaspoon. 
  • Cayenne pepper(Red Chili)Powder(Lal Mirch Powder) - 1 teaspoon. 
  • Powder of coriander and Cumin(Dhaniya Jeera powder) - 1/2 teaspoon. 
  • Green Coriander(Hara Dhaniya barik kata Hua) - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped. 
  • Salt : as per taste. 

Method: 


  1. Soak the chickpeas in 1 cup of water for 1 hour. 
  2. Wash the gourd, and peel it off and cut it into pieces. 
  3. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and add the mustard and cumin seeds. 
  4. When the mustard and cumin get heated well, add Garlic and brown for a while. 
  5. Add sliced ​Tomato in the cooker and let it cook for a while. 
  6. Add Chickpeas and Gourd pieces and let it cook for a few minutes. 
  7. Add Turmeric, Red Chili Powder, Coriander-Cumin Powder, and salt, and mix well. 
  8. First, close the lid of the cooker and waits for 2-3 whistles. 
  9. Then boil excess water with the lead open till the vegetable is ready. 
  10. The vegetable of Gourd-Chickpea Dal is ready. 

Hinglish: 


  1. Chana dal ko 1 kap paanee mein 1 ghante ke lie bhigo den. 
  2. Laukee ko dho len, aur ise chheel kar tukadon mein kaat len. 
  3. Pressure cooker mein Oil garam karen aur usamein raee aur jeera daalen. 
  4. Jab Raee aur Jeera achchhee tarah se garm ho jaye to Lahasun daal kar lal hone tak garam karein. 
  5. Fir kata hua Tamaatar daalen aur thodee der tak pakane den. 
  6. Chana dal aur Laukee ke tukade daalen aur ise kuchh minute ke liye pakane den. 
  7. Fir Haldee, Lal Mirch Powder, Dhaniya-Jeera Powder aur Namak daalen aur achchhee tarah milayen.
  8. Sabase pahale cooker ka dhakkan bandh karein aur 2-3 seetee bajane tak pakane de. 
  9. Phir dhakkan khula rakh kar atirikt pani ko sabzi taiyyar hone tak ubaale ke jalaa de. 
  10. Laukee-Chana Dal kee sabjee taiyaar hai.

    Onion Potato Sabji, Aloo Pyaz ki Sabzi for Gujarati Thali

         At least two green vegetables are added in Gujarati thali but the Onion-Potato Sabji stands as a permanent member of the combination of the Gujarati thali.

         Gujarati thali mein kam se kam do haree sabjiyaan jaroor hoti hain, lekin pyaaj-aaloo ki sabaji Gujarati thali ki ek kayami vanagi hai.

    Ingredients:


    • Potato                     - 300 to 500 gram.
    • Onion                      - 200 to 300 gram.
    • Mustard Seeds        - One TABLESPOON.
    • Cumin Seeds           - One TABLESPOON.
    •  Red Chili Powder   - One TABLESPOON.
    • Turmeric Powder     - One TABLESPOON.
    • Coriander Powder   - One TABLESPOON
    • Oil.
    • Salt as per taste.

    Method:



    1. Take 300 to 500 grams of potatoes, peel them and cut them into small pieces and wash them thoroughly with water.
    2. Take 200 to 300 grams of onions, peel them and cut them into small pieces and wash them thoroughly with water.
    3. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds.
      Mix the potato onions pieces in a pan and mix them well.
      Add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt as per taste and mix well.
      Allow it to cook for three to four minutes, but until it is heated, the spoon kept stirring in the vegetable.
      Put a glass of water and close the lid and let the vegetable boil for six to eight minutes.
      Open the lid and stir evenly and let it cook again for some time. 
    4. Potato onion vegetable is ready.

    Hinglish mei: 

    1. 300 se 500 graam aaloo leejiye chheel kar chhote chhote tukado mein kaat daaliye aur paanee se achchhee tarah dho leejiye. 
    2. 200 se 3 00 graam pyaaz leejiye chheel kar chhote chhote tukado mein kaat daaliye aur paanee se achchhee tarah dho leejiye.  
    3. ek kadhaee mein tel garam kar ke rayi, jeera, dale aur garam kare. 
    4. aaloo pyaaz ke tukado ko kadaee mein daal kar achchhee tarah mix kare. 
    5. laal mirch powder, haldee,dhaniya paudar, svaadaanusaar namak daal kar achchhee tarah mix kare. 
    6. teen chaar minute tak pakane de lekin garam hone tak chammach sabjee mein ghoomaate rahe. 
    7. ek glaas paanee daalakar dhakkan bandh kar ke sabjee ko chhah se saat minute tak ubalane de. 
    8. dhakkan kholakar barabar hilaye aur phir se kuchh der pakane de.
    9. aaloo pyaaz kee sabjee taiyaar hai.
