Content -

  • 250 g cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons roasted half crushed peanuts
  • Sindhav salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon crushed pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh copra paste
  • 1 tablespoon roasted crushed cumin

Method -

  1. Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely.
  2. Add a little Sindhav and leave it for 10 minutes, then take it in a cotton cloth, squeeze the juice and squeeze the cucumber.
  3. Take cucumber in a bowl, add crushed peanuts, crushed pepper, fresh coconut husk and roasted cumin and mix, add lemon juice and mix well. Farali khaman cucumber is ready.

श्रावण का महीना शुरू हो गया है और त्यौहार भी शुरू हो गए हैं। शिव भक्त इस पवित्र महीने में उपवास करते हैं और अनुष्ठान करते हैं और इसी महीने में हिंडोला और जन्माष्टमी त्योहार भी आते हैं। जिसमें वैष्णववाद श्रीठाकुरजी को बहुत पसंद करता है। मंदिरों के साथ-साथ हवेली में भी जन्माष्टमी की तैयारी एक महीने पहले शुरू हो जाती है। इसलिए आज मैं श्रवण मास के अवसर पर फरिली पकवान पोस्ट कर रहा हूं, यह व्यंजन (सामान) श्रीनिकुंजनायक प्रभु श्रीनाथजी के पास है और बनाने में भी बहुत आसान है। तो आप इस व्यंजन को फरल में तब भी बना सकते हैं जब यह अगियारस या कोई भी व्रत हो।

सामग्री -

  • 250 ग्राम ककड़ी
  • 2 बड़े चम्मच भुनी हुई आधी मूंगफली
  • स्वाद के लिए सिंधव नमक
  • 2 बड़े चम्मच नींबू का रस
  • 1 बड़ा चम्मच काली मिर्च कुचल
  • 2 बड़े चम्मच ताजा खोपरा पेस्ट
  • 1 बड़ा चम्मच भुना हुआ जीरा

तरीका -

  1. एक स्क्वैश छीलें, इसे कद्दूकस करें और बारीक काट लें।
  2. थोड़ा सिंधव जोड़ें और इसे 10 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें, फिर इसे एक सूती कपड़े में लें, रस निचोड़ें और खीरे को निचोड़ें।
  3. एक कटोरी में खीरा लें, उसमें कुटी हुई मूंगफली, कुटी हुई काली मिर्च, ताज़ा नारियल की भूसी और भुना जीरा डालें और नींबू का रस डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ। फ़रली खमन ककड़ी तैयार है।

ek skvaish chheelen, ise kaddookas karen aur baareek kaat len. thoda sindhav joden aur ise 10 minat ke lie chhod den, phir ise ek sootee kapade mein len, ras nichoden aur kheere ko nichoden. ek katoree mein kheera len, usamen kutee huee moongaphalee, kutee huee kaalee mirch, taaza naariyal kee bhoosee aur bhuna jeera daalen aur neemboo ka ras daalen aur achchhee tarah milaen. faralee khaman kakadee taiyaar hai.
