Ingredients for Raw Banana Puri :

  • 500 g - wheat flour
  • 4 nos - raw bananas
  • 2 tablespoons - coriander
  • 4 nos - green chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon - turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon - cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon - carom seed(Ajwain)
  • To taste - salt
  • For frying - oil

Method of Raw Banana Puri :

  1. First, boil the raw bananas with water in a pressure cooker on medium heat. Now turn off the heat. When the pressure in the cooker runs out, take it out and peel it. Now take the bananas in a bowl and mash them.
  2. Then add flour, coriander, green chilies, turmeric, red chilies, and parsley as well as salt and mix well.
  3. Now add some water and knead the flour.
  4. Cover with a cloth for 20 minutes.
  5. Now heat the oil in a pan over low heat. Make small loaves of it and weave puri in it and when the oil gets hot, fry the puri till light brown. Raw banana masala puri is ready. Which you can try with that sweet-spicy sauce.
