Ingredients for Mushroom Walnut Broccoli Soup:

  • 1 medium onion roughly chopped
  • 100 gm (1 small broccoli) cut roughly in pieces excluding stems.
  • 100 gm Mushroom chopped.
  • 3 to 5 pod walnut.
  • 1 tsp oil  and 1 small cube of butter
  • ¹/² tsp salt or as per taste
  • ¹/² tsp black pepper powder or as per taste.


Method of Mushroom Walnut Broccoli Soup:
  1. Take oil and butter in pan let it melt then add cut onion let it shallow fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli pieces and Mushroom and shallow fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. Add walnut into it.
  3. Add 3 cups of water and let it simmer for 8 minutes with a lid closed.
  4. Make puree in the grinder, take in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Garnish with some finely chopped walnut pieces and coriander.
  5. Mushroom Walnut Broccoli Soup is ready.
  6. Enjoy it hot.. it's super tasty healthy and light.
