    Prepare Saffron Pistachio lassi for the fast during the month of Shravan. Yogurt, dried fruit, saffron, and sugar have been added to this lassi - so it is a good nutrient and energetic drink. Apart from Shravan month, this lassi is beneficial to drink on summer days also. It's good to drink for children.

Ingredients for saffron_pistachio_lassi:

  • 500 gm Good quality creamy Yogurt.
  • 10 to 15 pistachios.
  • 5 to 7 cashews and almonds.
  • 3 to 4 pieces of granulated sugar (or more as per your taste).
  • Soaked 1/4 teaspoon saffron sprig in water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons cream / fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons dry fruit slices

Method of saffron_pistachio_lassi:

  1. Grind cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, and sugar.
  2. Add cardamom powder.
  3. Add yogurt and cream and churn.
  4. Now add saffron sprig with water and churn again.
  5. Garnish with dry fruit pieces, cardamom powder, and saffron twigs.
  6. Now fill the dry fruit lassi into a serving glass and serve.
