Prepare Saffron Pistachio lassi for the fast during the month of Shravan. Yogurt, dried fruit, saffron, and sugar have been added to this lassi - so it is a good nutrient and energetic drink. Apart from Shravan month, this lassi is beneficial to drink on summer days also. It's good to drink for children.
Ingredients for saffron_pistachio_lassi:
- 500 gm Good quality creamy Yogurt.
- 10 to 15 pistachios.
- 5 to 7 cashews and almonds.
- 3 to 4 pieces of granulated sugar (or more as per your taste).
- Soaked 1/4 teaspoon saffron sprig in water
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons cream / fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons dry fruit slices
Method of saffron_pistachio_lassi:
- Grind cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, and sugar.
- Add cardamom powder.
- Add yogurt and cream and churn.
- Now add saffron sprig with water and churn again.
- Garnish with dry fruit pieces, cardamom powder, and saffron twigs.
- Now fill the dry fruit lassi into a serving glass and serve.
