    The milk is not possible to preserve for more days, but the powder form of it is easy to preserve for months. In case of unavailability of milk, the milk powder could be a handy solution and can be used in some desserts to make them delicious, which is not possible with direct use of raw milk. Also, this milk powder is goods for kids as no preservative has been used. Here an easy, quick recipe for preparing a pure milk powder is presented for you.

Ingredients for the milk_podwer:

  • Milk with the fat- 3 liters.
  • White sugar powder - 6 tbsp.

Method of milk_powder:

  1. To prevent the souring of the milk, the pan must be cleaned properly and should be preheated before pouring the liquid into it.
  2. Boil the milk on high flame, stirring the liquid occasionally to prevent the lumps, and scrap the creams from the wall of the pan.
  3. Turn the flame to low and let the milk be heated till it will become thicker.
  4. Shift the paste-like liquid into the broad vessel to cool and dry for 7 to 8 hours.
  5. Scrape the dried films with a wooden spoon or spatula and crush them with your hand. Add all sugars and mix well, and make powder with the blender.
  6. Strain the mixture and reblend the residual granules.
  7. Spread the powder in a tray evenly and dry it for a whole day in direct sunlight before storing it in a glass bottle.
