Here is the quick and easy recipe, which contains four types of flour and fibrous fenugreek, making a dish tasty and healthy. This item is known as Paratha (fenugreek paratha), but I renamed it pizza bread for its shape. I promise you will make it repeatedly once you taste it.

Ingredients for quick homemade pizza bread:

  • Millet flour - 1 Cup.
  • Sorghum flour - 1 Cup.
  • Rice flour - 1/4th Cup.
  • Gram flour ( besan ) - 1/4th Cup.
  • Fresh Yogurt - 1/2 Cup.
  • Spring onion(diced) - 6.
  • Turmeric - 1/4th tsp.
  • Asafetida - 2 Pinch.
  • Ginger(diced) - a small piece.
  • Garlic(crushed) - 6 cloves.
  • Green chili(diced) - 3.
  • Fenugreek leaves (diced) - 1 small bunch.
  • Salt - As per taste.

Method of quick homemade pizza bread:

  1. Mix all four types of flour and diced fenugreek leaves in a bawl.
  2. Add all the spices and salt as listed above.
  3. Knead the soft dough by adding the fresh yogurt as needed; you do not have to make a batter.
  4. Make balls of the dough with the palms and press each ball slightly for a button-like shape.
  5. Put all the buttons in a wide tray and sprinkle the sesame seeds evenly on it, but only on one side.
  6. Press each button with your hand slowly in a circular motion to make a pizza-type shape. Then, make some holes on it to determine the proper frying of the pizza.
  7. Heat some oil in a pan, cover the lead, and shallow fry the pizza on both sides by flipping for a while; check and cook more if necessary.

The dish is ready; enjoy with fresh yogurt and chutney.
