 - Fenugreek leaves (diced) - 1 small bunch.
 - Salt - As per taste.
 
Method of quick homemade pizza bread:
- Mix all four types of flour and diced fenugreek leaves in a bawl.
 - Add all the spices and salt as listed above.
 - Knead the soft dough by adding the fresh yogurt as needed; you do not have to make a batter.
 - Make balls of the dough with the palms and press each ball slightly for a button-like shape.
 - Put all the buttons in a wide tray and sprinkle the sesame seeds evenly on it, but only on one side.
 - Press each button with your hand slowly in a circular motion to make a pizza-type shape. Then, make some holes on it to determine the proper frying of the pizza.
 - Heat some oil in a pan, cover the lead, and shallow fry the pizza on both sides by flipping for a while; check and cook more if necessary.
