Make this dish for morning snacks or evening refreshments. हिन्दी Ingredients for Dahi Vada: 1 cup rice flour (Alternatively, take all-purpose flour, but rice is better), 300gm black lentil (Urad Dal), 1 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp Cumin powder, 1 tsp pepper powder, 1 /2 tsp shredded curry leaves, 1/2 tsp shredded green chilis, A shredded onion, 1 tsp garam masala(Blend of pungent Indian spices), A pack of Coriander leaves, 1 cup yogurt, 1 tsp normal salt, 1 tsp black salt, Edidle oil or cream, Some water to make the batter.
