Healthy and Yummy Broccoli Walnut Soup Recipe||

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients for Broccoli Walnut Soup:

  • 1 medium onion roughly chopped
  • 100 gm (1 small broccoli) cut roughly in pieces excluding stems.
  • 1 tsp oil 1 small cube butter
  • ¹/² tsp salt or as per taste
  • ¹/² tsp black pepper powder or as per taste.
  • 3 to 5 pod walnut.

Method of Broccoli Walnut Soup:

  1. Take oil and butter in pan let it melt then add cut onion let it shallow fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli pieces shallow fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. Add walnut cores into it.
  3. Add 3 cups of water and let it simmer for 8 minutes.
  4. Strain the water from the vegetables and stock aside for further use.
  5. Make a fine paste of the broccoli and walnut in the mixer.
  6. Add the stocked hot water in this paste, add salt and black pepper and stir well.
Enjoy the broccoli and walnut soup hot. it's super tasty healthy and light.
