Ingredients for Peanut Curry:
- Two glasses of buttermilk.
- One cup of Peanuts.
- One cinnamon.
- 3 to 4 Cloves.
- 1 - bay leaf .
- 1 - Dry red chili.
- 1 tbsp - Green chopped chili.
- Two tbsp of oil.
- 1/2 tsp - cumin.
- 1 tbsp - red chili.
- 1/2 tsp - cumin.
- 2 tbsp sugar.
- Some Curry leaves,
- Coriander as required.
- salt to taste
Method of Peanut Curry:
- First, roast the peanuts and remove the husk. Grind it well in a mixer.
- Take buttermilk in a pan. Add crushed peanuts to it.
- Then heat oil in a pan and fry chilies, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, and whole red chilies.
- Add peanut-buttermilk mixture to the pan.
- Add coriander, neem, red chili, turmeric, salt, and green coriander to it.
- Then let the buttermilk boil well but keep stirring it continuously to prevent the peanuts from sticking to the bottom.
You can keep the curry thin or thick as per your wish.
Your peanut-buttermilk curry is ready.
