It is tasty and healthy sweet of winter. Ingredients: (for 5 persons) Sesame Seeds - 1 cup. Cream (Ghee) - 2 tablespoons. Water - 3/2 cup. Jaggery cut into small pieces - 1 cup. Green Cardamom - 3 teaspoon. Few drops of lemon juice. Method: First of all, roast the sesame seeds in a pan on medium flame, till they look pale golden color and start emitting aroma. Then make a thick syrup of jaggery with boiling water. Add a few drops of lemon juice to cut off the impurities.
